1. Required Documents and Information for Legal Entities
(a) Official certificate of incorporation, articles of association or local equivalent.
(b) Up-to-date governance document indicating current equity ownership.
(c) Government-issued ID of Shareholders. If the owner is another legal entity, the respective documents listed in points (a) to (c) must be provided for that entity.
(d) Government-issued ID of managers.
(e) Recent Bank Statement (not more than three months old).
(f) Website or information about business activities and source of funds.
(g) If different than applicant, the following information of the authorized trading operator must be provided: Full Name, Email address, Phone number and Government-issued ID.
(h) Applicant (Person who will sign the agreement):Government-issued ID Proof of residenceEmail addressPhone numberIf the applicant is not a shareholder or director, proof of authority to sign on the company's behalf must be provided.
2. Required Documents and Information for an Individual
(a) Government-issued ID.
(b) Proof of residence.
(c) Email address.
(d) Phone number.
(e) Business activities, source of wealth.
(f) Reason for using our service, frequency of use.
(g) Recent Bank Statement (not more than three months old).
(h) If different than applicant, the following information of the authorized trading operator must be provided: Full Name, Email address, Phone number, Government-issued ID and Relationship with applicant.
